In Typography II, our assignment was to recreate a movie poster and book cover for the classic George Orwell story, 1984. Trying to design for a story that has been recreated a thousand times was a challenge, but the most enjoyable part of the project. I decided that for the movie poster I wanted to take a break from an all-digital approach, so I built the design out of hand-cut paper.
